  Computers down and they won't take cash through the drive thru because 'we'd have to walk all the way over there' (pointing to the other cash register). With the lack of a can-do approach to customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere

  I special ordered a birthday cake for my son 2 days early. I looked at the website picked out the cake. The online system didn't take my order so I called the store. I specifically ordered the $24 cake. I specifically ordered the blizzard cake with oreo cookies. My son specifically asked for an Oreo cookie blizzard cake from Dairy Queen. Next day my husband comes home with the ugliest cake I have ever seen. What made matters worse is that he paid $40 for this piece of crap instead of the $24 cake I ordered. . Go look at the pictures on the website this doesn't look anything like it. I posted my pictures of the cakes on here so take a look and see for yourself. It has the thinnest layer of white frosting you can see right through it. There are gaps and holes in the side of the cake. Now I have to either fix the darn cake and buy extra frosting and decorating tips to fix this mess or go and buy another birthday cake somewhere else for another 20 or $30 . I am so disappointed and so disgusted. I wonder if the owners of this Dairy Queen even know what their employees are doing. I will never ever eat here or order anything from this Dairy Queen ever again. You lost a customer forever.
